Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Seoul Shine, we carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct product in good condition.
🚫 No General Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size preference, colour preference, or any other personal reason.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Defective/Damaged Product received
Duplicate/Incorrect Product received
🔄 Return for Defective or Duplicate Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, duplicate, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you may be required to provide:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the product
Photos/video of the package received
Our team will review the issue and, if approved, provide the appropriate resolution.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
You simply don't like the product
You change your mind after receiving it
The product has been used or damaged by the customer
The return request is made outside the specified time
The product is returned without approval from Seoul Shine
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 5–6 hours after placing the order.
After this cancellation window, the order may already have been processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
